The Astley Cooper School is an 11-18 Foundation school. It was the founding school in the East Dacorum Co-operative Learning Trust, a formal partnership with Adeyfield and Longdean Schools and is a member of the Co-operative Schools Network and the Schools Co-operative Society.
All three schools share the co-operative values and principles of social responsibility, equality and openness and between them serve a community of over two thousand students. Adeyfield and Astley Cooper have recently merged their Sixth Form. The school is a corporate member of the Hemel Hempstead Rotary Club and works closely with them on a number of charitable and educational Rotary events.
Astley Cooper has a growing reputation as a successful school. In the last two years it has achieved its best ever examination results and in 2016 was graded as a Good school by Ofsted for the first time in its history.View All Ambassadors
