Carbon Workshops

Eastern New Energy will be running a series of free workshops between 13th and 22nd July, designed to help businesses to develop net zero carbon plans.

“If you are an SME, charity or enterprise in the South East or East of England* and are interested in learning how to operate your business more sustainably, you may be eligible for a funded place on an upcoming Path to Carbon Zero workshop.

 The University of East London in partnership with the South Eastern New Energy (SENE) and Eastern New Energy (ENE) projects are hosting a series of workshops designed to help businesses create a realistically strategy to operate more sustainably. The workshops will cover a range of topics such as carbon literacy, monitoring and carbon accounting, developing an action plan and includes a one-to-one session with a sustainability expert. There will also be opportunities to network with other businesses.

 *South East encompasses the local authority areas of East Sussex, Essex, Kent, Medway, Southend and Thurrock. East of England encompasses Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Lincolnshire and Rutland, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and the Uttlesford region of Essex.”
