Nature Connection wellbeing course

Boost your wellbeing with this exciting nature connection experience

Nature Connection is a free six-week course for adults aged 18 and over in Dacorum living with anxiety and other low-level mental health conditions. The aim of the course is to provide an experience in nature to support mental health and wellbeing.

You will join a small group for two hours a week for six weeks. The sessions will be lead by an experienced Forest Therapy Guide. You will experience a gentle walk in nature with a sequence of mindful nature connection invitations to ease anxious minds and bodies. You will gain your own nature connection practice which you will be able to continue once the course is over.

Please note: application is by referral only from a medical/health professional, such as your GP, health worker, qualified counsellor, a support agency or support worker. The course is not a therapy group but is an activity to support people’s health and wellbeing.

The course will run subject to, and in accordance with, COVID-19 Government guidance at the time of the course.
