At our July Exclusive Ambassadors meeting, we enjoyed a thought-provoking presentation on “Putting sustainability at the heart of your business” from CEO of The Plant Mark, Steve Malkin.
He clearly identified that customers are now holding businesses accountable and young people in particular are looking to develop relationships with businesses where they can align their values. Steve talked about measuring carbon emissions to ensure sustainability of our businesses and encouraged transparency, as this is something which will ultimately affect us all.
