Dacorum Borough Council’s new Kylna Business Centre has been officially opened. The centre occupies the ground floor of Kylna Court residential flats on the corner of Wood Lane End and Maylands Avenue and provides eight serviced offices, ranging from four to 12 person capacity.
Designed primarily as a move-on option from Maylands Business Centre, the modern, high-tech building provides a prime location for growing businesses in the heart of Maylands Business Park and is managed by the Council’s Economic Development team.
The centre was opened on Thursday 20 June by Portfolio Holder for Planning and Infrastructure, Cllr Graham Sutton, who said: “The serviced offices complement the already robust package of services offered by our Economic Development team to encourage businesses to locate and grow in the Dacorum area.
“The team offer free business advice, subsidised training courses, small grant schemes, networking events and the Maylands Business Centre incubation offices and industrial units. All this support provides a nurturing environment for all Dacorum-based businesses to thrive and prosper.”
