The Marlowes in Hemel Hempstead are easing the pressure on parents to find something exciting for kids to do this February half-term by hosting a crafts activity day.
Run by local arts and crafts experts, Creation Station, children will be entertained from 11am-4pm on Wednesday 14th February as part of The Marlowes Kid’s Club. The Marlowes Kid’s Club has a successful track record of family friendly events every school holiday; they also offer a free gift on sign up and send a little treat to members on their birthday.
On the Wednesday of this February half term, there will be a range of different craft activities and a face painting stall revolving around Valentine’s Day for children to get stuck into. The Marlowes’ mascot, Marley, a large friendly badger, will also be present to ignite excitement and admire the children’s handiwork throughout the day.
Vince Williams, The Marlowes General Manager has said ‘Here at the Marlowes we’re very proud of our Kid’s Club and the calendar of great free events that we can offer the community. With the introduction of our latest team member, mascot Marley, we hope to bring some excitement over the half term holidays’.
The Craft Creation Station is perfectly timed for children to get into the spirit of Valentine’s Day and create their own cards as well as a selection of other love themed craft activities. Entry is free and there’s no need to book in advance.
