The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is set to become enforceable from 25th May 2018 and will replace the Data Protection Act (DPA). The GDPR creates a wider definition of personal data than the Data Protection Act and the risks of being unprepared could be costly.
On Friday 9 February Business Ambassador Machins Solicitors LLP are hosting a free breakfast seminar to prepare you for the issues.
Sarah Liddiard, Solicitor from Machins Corporate Commercial team will focus on some of the key commercial impacts which your business will be facing including:-
