Brasier Freeth complete Pre-Lettings at Maylands Point

Acting on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Management and Chancerygate, Brasier Freeth’s Business Space Team along with joint agents dohertybaines have let two warehouse/ distribution units prior to practical completion at Maylands Point in Hemel Hempstead.

Unit 1, a 36,000 sq. ft. warehouse with office space has been let to Selco, the builders merchants, at a rent of £10.25 per sq. ft. Unit 2, comprising 22,400 sq. ft. has been let to Elliot Baxter the UK’s leading independent paper supplier, at a rent of £9.95 per sq. ft. Both leases are for 10 year terms.

Prominently positioned fronting Maylands Avenue, Maylands Point sits on the principal spine road of the Maylands Business Area of Hemel Hempstead. Orchard Street bought the site as part of the £100m Orbital portfolio acquisition in 2015 and Chancerygate was then appointed as development manager.
